Meet Lucy & Taylor! Lucy shares my love for traveling – her family lived in Prague when mind did, so we actually already knew each other! I love connecting with people who know the crazy adventure of living overseas! Taylor is hilarious, and completely laid back, which made the morning so fun. Unfazed by the 40 degree chill, he kept Lucy (and me!) laughing the entire morning.

He also deserves some major points for the proposal! They had planned a trip to North Carolina with family, to see the 2017 Solar Eclipse in totality. The eclipse just so happened to also fall on Lucy’s birthday! They began the day with breakfast, watched a once in a lifetime natural phenomenon, and then ventured to a nearby mountaintop for the grand finale. You know it’s a great day when the solar eclipse is not the grand finale. At the top of the mountain, Taylor asked for her forever, and when they got back to the hotel, family was waiting and ready to celebrate them! WHAT a day! These are a few of my favorites from our morning in Williamsburg. Lucy & Taylor, I’m so thrilled for you guys, I can’t wait for the wedding! Almost exactly a year from now!
